Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy tries to be fair to both organisation and athlete. We incur costs from the moment of entry. However, we appreciate that athletes plan their sporting year in advance and unexpected injuries and pregnancies do happen. Therefore, we offer a 70% refund up to FOUR weeks prior to the event. After that time, no refunds can be given.

To request a refund, please notify TriBristol in writing, by e-mail or via this site using the contact form.

Please note:

Date of withdrawal is effective from the date of the postmark or email.
Telephone notification is not acceptable.
Notifications postmarked/emailed less than 4 weeks before the event will receive no refund.
A refund will be issued after the event has taken place.

Transfer of entries between participants

Transfer of entries between participants is permitted up to ONE week prior to the event. After this time, no transfers are allowed. To request a transfer of entry please contact the entries team via this site using the contact form.
