Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy tries to be fair as we incur costs from the moment of entry. But fair to the athlete who has an unexpected injury,change of circumstances etc.. and other competitors denied a place when all entries are filled.

• Cancellation 25th June or earlier - full refund minus £5 administration costs.
• Cancellation 26th June to 14th July - 50% refund
• Cancellation 13th July or later - no refunds
